You will be just a mile by boat from the Belize Barrier Reef on the southeast coast of the island of Ambergris Caye and directly across from much-acclaimed snorkeling/diving at Hol Chan Marine Reserve.
Along with modern conveniences, this home has an open floorplan, gorgeous Belizean wood ceilings, and views of the Caribbean Sea. There is nothing between this home and the beautiful sea full of marine life you have been looking forward to exploring. You can meet a tour boat or do some fishing or swimming right off our beautiful community dock. You may also spend time in the wading pool right on your own veranda, with a drink in your hand and the sea as your vista.
