Spacious and very clean two story 3/3 home with open floor plan located in a cozy community in the heart of Hutchinson Island. Walk in to a beautifully decorated living room, which offers a comfy full size memory foam sofa bed and 55' Smart TV. A full bathroom on the first floor and a fully stocked kitchen with lots of counter space and bonus seating on the kitchen counter. Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms two bathrooms. The large primary bedroom includes a queen bed, in-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, Smart TV and private balcony. Second bedroom includes two bunk beds and comfortably accommodates 4 children. Third bedroom includes a queen bed, Smart TV and desk with monitors.
Nettles Island offers a private beach and pool for guests of the community. Many activities offered within the community such as pickle ball, basketball, mini golf, shuffle board, racquetball, tennis and ping pong.
