Ideally located on a 5 acres with 350 feet of white-sand beach yet only 2 miles from town. The villa has two floors with a wrap around deck on each. On the ground floor, there are three bedroom suites, each with a private bath along with a comfortable breezeway and easy access to the pool. Upstairs includes the common living areas and kitchen as well as another master suite. The splendid terrace overlooks the beach on one side and the pristine jungle and Maya mountains on the other. Here you can relax and enjoy the cool ocean breezes as you sip your morning coffee.
With 5 acres and over 350 feet of beach, there is an amazing quiet and privacy. With only 1/2 mile to the airstrip and 2 miles to town you have the convenience to readily visit the many unique restaurants and attractions of Placencia and its famous central sidewalk.

About reviews: The property has been available for rent for many years and has consistently received stellar reviews. For 2016 through 2019 - a separate company rented the property for 40 weeks a year and filled it with their private clients. Very few of those booking came through VRBO, and as a result most the reviews from those clients are not available here on VRBO. Additional reviews can be seen on google or on other rental platforms.
Getting to Villa Ranguana: we are located about half a mile from the Placencia Airstrip. From the US - most people fly into Belize City (about 2-3 hr flight from Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, Miami or 5 hr from Los Angeles). From Belize City there are 3 options: 1. a 20 minute local flight on Maya or Tropic Air to Placencia airstrip, 2. you can rent a vehicle and drive down to Placencia from Belize City which takes about 2-3 hours or 3. we can recommend a driver to transfer you down.
