Remodeled in 2022/2023 this home has been meticulously maintained and outfitted for guest pleasure and comfort. This 2-bedroom plus loft, 2.5 bathroom newly remodeled home is sure to wow guests with its top-of-the-line finishes, lush tropical foliage and optimal privacy.

Bedroom 1: Queen size bed with ceiling fan, flatscreen smart TV, chest of drawers, access to front patio.
Bedroom 2: Queen size bed with ceiling fan, flatscreen smart TV, check of drawers, access to rear patio.
Bathroom 1: Ensuite to bedroom 1. With shower, dual vanity, wet bar w/ mini refrigerator.

Private Yard: Private decked rear lanai wraps 1/2 of the rear of the home and has lush tropical foliage, covered hot tub/ spa, sitting area, high-top table, outdoor shower. Backyard is fully fenced for your privacy.
Front Lanai's: There are two front lanais. One at the front entry in the driveway and has a swing bench and is covered / gated.
The second front lanai is off the first bedroom and was originally the main entry to the house prior to renovations. This is a great place to enjoy the afternoons and has beautiful palms and bougainvillea along the lane.
Private Parking: BONUS, the home has an assigned private parking space that can fit up to a full-size SUV.
Bonus Amenities: The home has 2 bikes guests may use during their stay and there are also beach chairs and beach towels for your use during your stay.

The home only offers 1 off-street parking space. The lane is narrow so oversized vehicles will not likely fit but can park along Catherine or United Streets as they are free parking when not marked "residential." Inquire with management company if you have questions about parking & vehicle size.
