Summary: The resort and staff are lovely, and the setting is beautiful, but it’s extremely remote—over an hour to town or Secret Beach, with no paved roads and relentless mosquitos. A few improvements would go a long way: provide insect repellent kits, improve mosquito control around the property, and offer more vegan food options. A regular shuttle schedule exclusively for guests (not shared with staff or supply runs) would greatly enhance the experience. TVs should be fully functional, and a gift shop or small grocery store would be helpful due to the isolation. More on-site activities and better access to golf carts or ATVs would also improve the stay. Despite these challenges, we made it an adventure—but it's best for travelers who enjoy rustic, remote settings
