Our private pool home (3bd/2.5 bath) on a slice of paradise for the best vacation. This property is located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood just minutes from the action packed downtown Stuart. Newly renovated, the space has new tile flooring, open floor plan kitchen/dining/living, washer/dryer, and screened in pool in the back yard with furniture. An easy stay for visiting friends, family or visiting the treasure coast you’ll find this space well appointed, welcoming and peaceful.

Heated Pool with various pool tubes and toys to enjoy for all ages.

Beach towels, chairs, blanket, umbrella and beach toys available for use.

TV’s and streaming devices are provided, however streaming services/cable is not provided. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming services for their stay.

Plenty of fun activities offered for all ages. Children’s board games, reading books, toys, and coloring pages. Board games also for adults.

Pack and Play and Highchair are provided at no extra cost, please request this upon booking.

Pets are allowed but must be well behaved and trained. We charge a $75 nonrefundable pet fee, Max 2 pets. Non-Disclosed pet- $200. Dog waste must be picked up- especially in the front yard. We have provided a fenced in dog area with dog waste removal items provided (trash can and plastic bags).

Dog Food/water bowls are provided at no extra cost, please request these upon booking.

For longer stays we only provide starting supplies and toiletries. You will have to purchase your own after those complementary items are used.

AC In Florida, We set the AC to 72 as a standard. Temps below 72 are not guaranteed. Leaving doors and windows open on purpose will result in termination of stay. Terms of Service is mandating that I list a set temperature. Please contact host with any questions.

We Cannot Guarantee pool heat temperatures due to weather conditions. Normal Pool Temp is set to 86 Degrees F.

THINGS TO NOTE:

-Guest have access to the entire property except for the garage and items in the garage. We use the garage for our personal storage and is off limits for guests. Anything added on your options will be ready for your stay. If something is not listed that you would like please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. We want this to be an amazing vacation for you and your family. Check yourself in with keypad on the door lock that is easy to use. Private driveway for up to 4 cars, NO parking on the grass, no exceptions.

-ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES/large gatherings

-Although this is a vacation destination, we are located in a residential community and it’s home to many people. We take quite hours very seriously.

-Any noise/disturbance that causes neighbor disruption will incur a $1000 FINE and removal from the property with no refund because that can lead to us being forced off Vrbo by the housing community association.

-Absolutely no smoking/vaping inside the house. $250 fee if smoking inside the house.

-NO GLASS OR CERAMIC NEAR POOL - $500 Fee if broken glass/ceramic is found in Pool.

-Checking out one hour after your check out time of 10am could result in a fee that is the value of a two night stay. Late check out is an option only with prior approval, please contact host
