Positive: We stayed here as a family while traveling between the Belize and Mexico border, and it was the perfect convenient stop. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the secure parking gave us peace of mind. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the pool was closed and our kids were really disappointed after a long car ride. That’s when Shahida stepped in. She immediately noticed their disappointment and asked what she could do for us. Thanks to her, we were able to use the whirlpool jacuzzi in a suite, and she completely saved our evening. Huge THX to Shahida for going above and beyond for our family!

Negative: The casino is not my thing but it is separated by the hotel so no issues there.

Summary: For us, it was perfect to stay between borders.
