Our wonderous and luxurious vacation home is located within the beautifully maintained gated community of Briarwood in Naples. This is one of our most popular properties, and fills up quickly.
Its EXCELLENT location will make our wonderful 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with heated relaxing saltwater pool/spa home a perfect stay for your vacation. Our home has a spacious open floor plan with gorgeous tile floors designed to comfortably accommodate 8 guests (4 adults and 4 children, or 2 adults and 5 children), don't worry about bringing your furry family along, as we are pet friendly (with a fee), fully furnished to make this your home away from home including a full kitchen (for all your cooking needs) with a work desk (if you have to); living room with vaulted ceilings, a smart 65" flat-screen TV, DVD, and music center with sliding doors that open up to the lovely and enclosed private courtyard/lanai/pool/spa area.
A beautiful dining area with seating for eight. A sumptuous king-size bed in the fabulous Master Suite includes a large flat-screen TV and access to the pool and adjoining ensuite bathroom with his and her vanity, walk-in shower, and a lovely garden tub. Across the home is a lovely queen-size bed in the second bedroom, and (2) twin over twin bunk beds which sharing the second bathroom. The laundry room has a washer and dryer as well as the items you need to keep your vacation wardrobe clean. The courtyard/lanai is furnished with three super comfortable lounges, seating for 6 friends or family around the patio table, which is undercover, grill for BBQ, and is decorated with potted palms and wall hangings. Feel free to enjoy the outdoors in comfort while you are here. The lanai and pool are protected with working door monitors if the guests wish to have them.
Palms and manicured shrubs surrounding the lanai provide privacy at the pool.
Our Guests can also use the community tennis courts (which can be used for pickleball), sand volleyball court, basketball courts, playground and communal pools of the Briarwood community.
