The star is definitely the heated outdoor pool with an attached spill-over spa where you can spend your days swimming and relaxing to your heart's content. Poolside loungers provide a great spot to sunbathe while taking in the views of the canal. The backyard also houses a firepit area surrounded by comfortable patio furniture and a covered outdoor dining area with a smart TV - both spots overlook the canal and dock area.

Inside, this snowbird-friendly retreat boasts plenty of smart features, including smart blinds for added convenience. Discover a welcoming open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and wall-to-wall windows to admire the splendid canal views. Spread out comfortably in the inviting living room featuring cozy sofas and a huge smart TV with streaming and cable services. The open chef's kitchen has all the essentials to prepare the most delicious homemade meals and treats on the go and a sparkling island with extra seating.

The spacious main suite features a smart TV, access to the back patio, canal views, a working desk with a monitor, and a deluxe en suite bathroom with a spacious glass-enclosed, walk-in shower with a separate soaking tub inside, dual vanities, and a walk-in closet. The remaining bedrooms have smart TVs and one of them has a ladder that leads to the upstairs loft, which offers a secluded place for lounging with a smart TV and a Playstation. Additional perks include a washer/dryer, pool toys, paddleboards, a Ping-Pong table, and an electric grill.
