Welcome to Hopkins Beach Condos. We are suited for a family vacation or a relaxing getaway.
The interior has just been refurbished with white paint, white curtains, and all new linens and curtains. The blue paint on the exterior has been replaced with white. Updated pictures coming soon.
We offer complementary, two 2-person kayaks, life jackets, and snorkel gear. Venture out into the beautiful, blue water of the Caribbean Sea, or navigate the canal behind the condo to the Sittee River or Anderson Lagoon. We have hammocks for relaxing while you listen to the ocean waves, or lounge in the beach chairs on our private, sandy beach.
This listing is for the whole house, which consists of 2 floors. Each floor has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and 2 kitchens for a total of 4 bedrooms, each with a king sized bed and a futon, 4 bathrooms, two large kitchens and living spaces and 2 kitchenettes.

Each floor has a large bedroom suite, with a canopy bed, on one end, and a studio unit on the other end. All beds are king size, and have a pillow top mattress.
The middle section on each floor includes a living room, dining area, bar counter, large and fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher.
The spacious studio bedroom has a sitting area, dining area, it's own fully equipped kitchen, and private bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
There are ironing boards, irons, blow dryers, and everything needed to make your stay comfortable.
The condos feature ten-foot ceilings, glass doors, and windows to give ample views of the sea from every room. There are also tile floors throughout, including decks and terraces. All furnishings are locally crafted mahogany furniture.
The condo sits about 100 feet (30+ meters) from the water's edge. The water has a very gradual slope going out to the sea, so it's great for children.
We also offer a cook if you are looking for some authentic meals cooked right at the house. Please inquire.
Fly into Belize city, rent a car, and drive to our place on the beautiful Hummingbird Highway during daylight - about 2 1/2 hours, great sightseeing of the land. Or take an island hopper plane, Maya Air or Tropic Air, to Dangriga. We can arrange for a taxi to pick you up in Dangriga.
Belize hotel tax 9% added to each reservation.
We require a 50% deposit to secure the reservation and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
