Located on Plantacion De Suenos a private 5.5 acre reserve in a quite neighborhood south of town. We have finished the space with the best possible finishes. Locally made custom beds/furniture, tastefully stained concrete floors, chocolate traverntine tile. Exotic wood kitchen and bathroom cabinets. It has private and unobstructed jungle views. Watch the Iguanna crawl into the hollow tree every afternoon about sunset. Or wonder at all the local beautiful birds that visit the Hollow Tree from the back living room door. The house gets its name from the iguana in the hollow tree outside the living room space, where the living room meets the wild undeveloped jungle.
