Positive: Alba was so kind and helpful to us always ready with information about the San Ignacio area and available tours and activities. The entire facility is modern and clean with paved walkways throughout. Loved the birds and birdfeeders!!!

Negative: The property is off of the main road to San Ignacio yet well marked
