This condo is open concept, and has 555 sq. ft and an additional 400 sq ft. veranda. The unit has a queen bed, full bath, fully equipped kitchen, 44" smart TV, WiFi and air conditioning. We offer a roof top palapa/lounge area. We also water access just 100 yards for swimming and snorkeling.

Coconut Palm Unit #1 is located on the 1st level and the rooftop with palapa and lounge area is on the 3rd level.
