Summary: Great hotel and great property but they can do a LOT better job with activities and more amenities… the resort was pretty much dead. No activities and no groups stuff even on Christmas Eve. And the cab situation is a ridiculous rip off.. $5 per person to go 1 mile when the town taxi people were charging half of that. Also you’re surrounded by coconut trees but there won’t even be a person who can bring down coconut to have some fresh coconut water… what on earth! The restaurant was good but charging for coffee refills is ridiculous… Overall it was ok. I’d stay at a different property next time.
