From the US - most people fly into Belize City (about 2-3 hr flight from Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, Miami or 5 hr from Los Angeles). From Belize City there are 3 options: 1. a 20 minute local flight on Maya or Tropic Air to Placencia airstrip, 2. you can rent a vehicle and drive down to Placencia from Belize City which takes about 2-3 hours or 3. we can recommend a driver to transfer you down.
