The owners of Carolyn’s and Carolyn’s Other House, Mark & Carolyn, purchased the property the houses stand on 25 years ago. Married on the property before any construction, they returned to Caye Caulker many times before deciding to build. The original cottage was built by Mark and his friends and finished with hardwood floors and a simple yet charming decor. With a marvellous view of the reef and Caribbean Sea from the deck and the trade winds cooling the house, the cottage has been a huge success with travellers from all over the world.
There is now a second cottage on the property, Carolyn’s Other House. A little larger, with a bigger deck and set back on the property, the newer house is finished with the same care and offers the same beachfront experience as the original. Mark & Carolyn are happy to share with vacationers the same environment that brought them to Caye Caulker all those years ago.
This 1 Bedroom Cabin provides accommodation with View, Balcony/Terrace, Security/Safety, for your convenience.
