Welcome to Bella Sway Belize . . . where bubbly meets bliss. Our private oceanfront home offers bubbly playful fun mixed with the calm of beach bliss. Out the beachside door it’s just 30 steps on soft white sand till your toes hit the clear blue water of the Caribbean Sea, from there you can walk out 80 feet in warm water averaging 80 degrees year-round. Nestled in the heart of Maya Beach, known for the best beaches in Belize, Bella Sway is just walking distance to restaurants, bars, a grocery store and a vintage bowling alley & sports bar just across the street.
Bella Sway offers beach living at its best. Spend your days snorkeling, swimming, sunbathing and relaxing to the soothing sounds of the ocean and the swaying palm trees.
The eclectic, quaint village of Placencia is just a 20 minute drive, where you’ll find a long strolling sidewalk lined with gift shops, local artisans, ice-cream & coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. Many of the guided tours will pick you up at Bella Sway. A snorkeler and scuba divers dream, Placencia boasts the world’s second largest reef along with many other water treasures that surround the peninsula.
Whether you play all day on the beach or take adventures around Placencia and the Caribbean please know when it’s time to call it a night, you’ll be rocked to sleep by the soothing sounds of the waves and the ocean breeze floating over you. With 3 bedrooms (a King and 2 Queen Beds), 3 full baths and a futon full bed conversion, our home sleeps 8 comfortably.
The kitchen is designed so while you’re preparing a meal your view is all ocean stretching forever into the horizon. Each bedroom has multiple windows making the home bright and open. All the furniture and cabinetry is finely crafted Belizean-made hardwood in a warm amber color with vented cabinet/dresser fronts to circulate the air. Large closets and plenty of drawer space to unpack and feel at home.
The house was strategically positioned on the lot at an angle to capture the ocean breezes. This makes for comfortable days and nights of fresh ocean air drifting through the home. Bella Sway is furnished with high quality pillows and bed linens, oversized 100% cotton bath towels and beach towels, cooking essentials, glassware including wine and champagne glasses, cloth tablecloths and napkins, candles (flameless) and even some fun seaside dishes for the deck and beach picnics. Bella Sway understands many young families travel with babies and toddlers. We welcome you with a full size baby crib, crib sheets, a safety gate, fun dinnerware, puzzles, books and toys.
