This multi-level home is located in the Ambergris Lake Villas in San Pedro, a picturesque town that sits at the southern tip of Ambergris Caye. You'll be just a short walk from the sea itself, where you'll find gorgeous sand beaches, fishing excursions, and some of the best snorkeling and scuba diving in the world. This home has ocean views from the master bedroom veranda, and though it is waterfront on a marsh, you'll want to walk across the street to get to the gorgeous reef beaches the area is known for.
Built in 2003, the home's interior living space is truly unique, with natural wood crossbeams and walls adorned with murals and vibrant colors. Leave your flip-flops and towels by the door as you relax in the comfort of the air conditioning (only in bedrooms), use the WiFi to check in with friends and family, or take a seat on the sectional sofa to watch one of the three flatscreen cable TVs.

When you're not swimming, sunbathing, and dining on your private patio, you can take an easy day trip on the ferry to neighboring Caye Caulker.
